Immersive Mindful Experiences
You will be immersed in a sonic, light and aromatic space vibrations and frequencies that reflect and bring awareness to the Chakra's and the meanings that these energy centres have in the human body.
Through meditation, breathing, yoga and dance movement each session will take you into your own self reflecting immersion with the guidance of professionals in the meditation, yoga and dance spaces.
