Kath Murdoch will share examples of ways we can make the most of the opportunities that present themselves on a day to day basis for quality inquiry that engages children in deep learning and connects to the curriculum. Examples will include the use of the natural and built environment, nurturing curiosity, connecting with families and children’s lives beyond school, designing learning tasks for real audiences and real purposes, using and producing texts for real purposes and connection.
