On The Table: In Depth
This In-Depth edition of On The Table invites you inside Devika Bilimoria’s artistic research. Over discussions and physical explorations, we will investigate the phenomena of time and duration through the gestural act of pouring.
Informed by Hindu bathing rituals and everyday actions, such as preparing a drink or watering plants, Devika is interested in the sensorial, symbolic and mechanical aspects of 'the pouring hand'.
