ADFAS Brisbane Interest Day- Handmade pottery & craft
If you love beautifully made pottery and craft this interest day is for you. Dr Cochrane will speak about the Potters Cottage in Warrandyte, Northeast Melbourne which started in 1958 by a group, as a venue to sell their work. It developed into a highly significant centre for potters & pottery around Australia. Secondly, she will illustrate the evolving changes in crafting practices, education, museums, & galleries relating to Australiana.
