Ways of Looking: Writing Workshop
Learn how to think and write visually at this interactive writing workshop, led by art historian and writer Dr Nancy Langham-Hooper. Using artworks from the major exhibition Sidney Nolan: Myth Rider, curated by Anthony Fitzpatrick, as inspiration, participants will learn how art historians look at the formal aspects of art, as well as how an artist’s biography and cultural context can enhance and deepen any written depiction of an artwork, in both fiction and nonfiction.
TICKETS: $30 Adult / $20 Museum Members and Concession (Student, Pension & Healthcare card holders). Includes exhibition entry, pen and notepad.
