Mental Health & Improv Workshop (Online Jan 23)
The ability to tolerate ambiguity is essential to mental health. In this fun online workshop, Rachel and Anne will explore this premise by learning the fundamentals of improvisation and discovering how improv skills can enrich our lives, making us more flexible and empathic, personally and professionally. Through dynamic exercises, participants will understand how an improvisational mindset can help us cope with stress and uncertainty, and strengthen the mind-body connection. $80 Early-bird.
