About

Ruby Lulham’s project, Clariloops, started as an experimentation with effects pedals during Melbourne’s first lockdown. Combining the organic sound of the clarinet with electronics and synthesised sound, Clariloops started as a way to bring stillness and creativity into Ruby’s classical music practice. It has since resulted in two albums and several beautiful performances. We keep asking back to play at Tempo because we love her and this music.
