IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In line with the latest Government guidelines, all patrons aged over18 years must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid medical exception. On arrival, patrons will be asked to check in using the Service Victoria app and show Festival staff their COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate.
Refunds:
You will be able to obtain a refund for the ticket price (less booking fees) if:
a) the Festival is cancelled as a result of COVID-19 requirements or restrictions;
b) a specific day is cancelled as a result of COVID-19 requirements or restrictions (even if other sessions/days of the Festival still go ahead);
c) you are prevented from travelling to Melbourne due to State, Territory or Commonwealth government travel restrictions;
d) you or any of your group members have COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to isolate (or if any of your close contacts or group members has COVID-19 symptoms).
