Susan is the current Vice President of the VAGTC and Senior Gifted Education Officer for Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Education Melbourne.  She has written and edited four texts centred on gifted education. Susan is a passionate advocate for the best educational and personal outcomes for gifted students, with the mantra ‘different not more!!!’ She holds a Doctorate of Education with thesis topic: ‘What makes an expert teacher of the gifted?’ She presented at the World Gifted Conference in Nashville, 2019.
