Per4orm Squad runs during each of the four school terms, comprising of one physical session per week over the duration of the term. The weekly sessions are lead by our elite coaches with a focus on improving each netballer's game through the provision of individualised feedback, fitness, position-specific and general skills and matchplay.

- Per4orm Squad - 8years +, Friday 6.45-8am
- Per4orm Squad - 8years +, Friday 4.30-5.45pm
- Per4orm S&C - 12years +, Friday 6-7.15pm
