Introducing our Wednesday Evening Meditation Sessions - designed to help you find stillness in mind & body, release the tension and feelings of ‘stuck and tight’ that we sometimes can’t shake or explain, and help you end your day with a sense of gratitude for little moments, peace and clarity.This will be an easy general practice - beneficial for beginners not knowing how to start all the way to advanced meditators, focusing on a time for stillness and going within.
