Join Slow Food SA at this special event! Lou Chalmer, winemaker and agroecologist, is passionate about making Ambrosia with natural and traditional methods. Jake Leske, who recently won Australia's Beekeeper of the Year Award, is equally as passionate about his pure honey sourced from native bushland.
Tasting includes four varietals of Lou’s incredible ‘nectar of the gods’ Ambrosia and Jake's honeys from seven SA regions. Local cheese platters included.
