A 3 week immersion into rhythm, music & meditation – come to one session or come to all!

What is TaKeTiNa?
Rhythm is fundamental to our nature, from the beating of our heart to the cycles of the moon, we exist in a universe of rhythmic creation.
TaKeTiNa® (as developed by Reinhard Flatischler) is a unique, holistic, playful and transformational way of experiencing and understanding rhythm, leading participants into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.
Using our body as the instrument, TaKeTiNa integrates rhythm through body movement, clapping and singing, as a means to enter a state of deep relaxation, presence, expansiveness and connection.
All welcome. NO prior music or meditation experience is necessary. All you need is your body, your voice and a sense of curiosity! Come to one, two or come to all sessions.
In the realm of music and in daily life TaKeTiNa can help you to:

3 SUNDAY SESSIONS: $30 per class or $75 for all 3
- Sunday 14th August, 3pm - 4:45pm
- Sunday 21st August, 3pm - 4:45pm
- Sunday 28th August, 3pm - 4:45pm
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time. Wear comfortable clothing. You may like to bring drinking water and a mat or blanket to lie down on at the end of the session.
