Pasta con le Nonne (SOLD OUT)
About
An interactive workshop on making Ciccatelli, a signature pasta dish from the South of Italy and in particular Molinara. We will also be making amaretti biscuits. There will be a pasta demonstration from Nadia Fragnito, author of 'A Vegan Summer in Southern Italy'. Participants will then be able to make their own pasta with a nonna to coach them. Participants will also be able to watch a demo on making amaretti and making them. We will then share a lunch of ciccatelli & amaretti for dessert. We will provide sparkling water but extra beverages can be purchased at the bar. Pasta made can be taken home and recipe cards will be provided.Location
