Experience the heart opening magic and sacredness of a cacao ceremony & breathworks.

This is an opportunity for you to weave your intention for your own healing, trust that your body already knows what you need, & be held in an intimate sacred medicine ceremony. 

You will sit in circle and be guided through a process, sipping a small cup of sacred ceremonial cacao, prepared with love, kindness & intention, then journeying to music & sound healing to release any hidden trauma/memories or to access your own inner wisdom held within your body in a nurturing and supported way.
