Condition of Entry: Open to players from the Oceania Zone Federations (Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Island, Guam, Nauru, Fiji, Palau).

Entry Fee: $30 per player. GMs, WGMs, IMs, WIMs free

Format: 9 round Swiss system.

Time Control: 3 minutes per game plus 2 seconds per move from move one.

Ratings: FIDE blitz  and ACF quick rated
