This retreat will offer you the opportunity to have a weekend away and care for your own needs, with a group of like-minded Practitioners.In the beautiful and tranquil surrounding of Kincumber, on the Central Coast, we will support you to check-in with yourself, recharge, expand your awareness and make changes to enrich your life.
The retreat incorporates: Yoga | Meditation | Professional Development I Group Supervision | Rest & Relaxation
You will leave with a clearer vision of who you are, what you want to offer and your life purpose.
Throughout the weekend there will be highly experiential workshops which attract PACFA CPD points. During these sessions we will introduce you to:
• Parts work for self and clients
• Fundamental Gestalt techniques – Present awareness, field theory and horizontalism
• Visualisation and mindfulness techniques when working with clients
• The four pillars of health - theory and practice
