Pilates @ Geckos - Term 2 2023: 19 April-31 May (7 weeks)
Pilates is coming to Geckos in Term 2, 2023!
Come and join Louise at Geckos for our weekly pilates class. This class is open to all shapes, sizes, and styles. You can expect some good core work and all exercises can be tailored to suit individual preferences.
Pilates term includes 7 sessions, from Wednesday 19 Apr through to Wednesday 31 May:
Week 1 Wednesday 19 April
Week 2 Wednesday 26 April
Week 3 Wednesday 03 May
Week 4 Wednesday 10 May
Week 5 Wednesday 17 May
Week 6 Wednesday 24 May
Week 7 Wednesday 31 May
Pilates will start at 6:00 pm and finish around 7:00 pm, at the Geckos Family Centre.
