Working with individuals who have committed sexual offending
This training will introduce participants to the assessment and treatment of individuals who have committed sexual offending. At the end of training, participants will demonstrate the knowledge and skills required to navigate “key” steps of assessment and treatment with this population. In addition to theory and practice, participants will also learn how to maintain efficacy and resilience when working with individuals who have committed sexual offending.
This training will be facilitated by Dr Nicholas Kessous, a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist. He is currently working in a private practice context, providing specialised risk assessment and treatment services centred around problematic sexual behaviours.
