Nourishing our brains can help with brain function and memory, whilst fighting dementia. Join this session to learn about what key nutrients to look for to support brain health as we age.

This session will be delivered by Leanne Elliston, Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 23 years experience. 

Come and visit the beautiful  and vibrant retirement village atmosphere at Greenway Views and pick up some healthy inspiration.

During this fun and engaging session you will:

• Understand the role of nutrition in brain function, memory and fighting dementia.

• Learn about key nutrients for brain health

• Recipe demonstration with taste testing

• Talk to an Accredited Practising Dietitian

We will demonstrate a Tomato Bruschetta for you to try, utilising some of the foods we reference in the session.
