Bring your drum (or we can offer you some instruments) and meditate as we bathe ourselves in the sounds of nature.
All welcome at Samsara Healing Sanctuary - Raymond Terrace as Monique and Simmone from Simshakti Yoga & Holistic Healing Centre guide us through the process.
