We will walk barefoot and in silence along the beach and forest at Minnamurra and connect deeply with with the energy of the earth, ourselves and each other.
Wild swimming in the Minnamurra River encouraged and optional.
We will sit on the earth together at to meditate and share our unlearning and letting go of stressful stories of the ego-mind, especially those about BODIES.
Receive what your untamed soul, the forest and the sea have to give you.
This is an all weather event and will continue if there is light rain or wind. It will be postponed to the following weekend if there is heavy rain and/or wind. A refund will be available if you can't attend the new date.
