Whether looking to deepen an existing practice, refresh mindfulness, or embark on a new journey, this course is for all levels. For newcomers, we provide a thorough recap of the basics, with an abundance of new material & concepts. The two-hour sessions helps you establish a robust foundation for a sustainable mindfulness practices.

Neil has extensive experience as a Corporate & Public Mindfulness Educator as is certified as "The Mindful Leader" & "Workplace Wellness" partner alongside Michael Bunting.

COURSE OVERVIEW - 
4 week format - 2hr sessions for better sustainment opportunity!

WEEK 1. DIVE INTO FOUNDATIONS FOR MINDFUL LIVING. Deepen awareness & practice credibility (2.0hrs)

Embark on the 'What,' 'Why,' and the neuroscience propelling the 'mindfulness revolution.' Uncover the essence of Mind Intelligence™️ through heightened awareness with active noticing exercises. Elevate your practice, delving into profound facets of mindfulness via experiential exercises.

Navigate a journey into the intricate layers of our mind, unraveling the 'wiring' that may hinder progress. Engage in metacognition, mindful conversations, and delve into the potent 'subject/object' mindfulness concepts.

WEEK 4. ACCEPTANCE, CONNECTION & INTEGRATION - Sustaining new wiring (2.0hrs)

Sessions run on Thursday evenings from 23rd Nov till 12th Dec 2023 from 6.30 till 8.30pm.
Please try to arrive a little earlier as we will start at 6.30pm to avoid disruption for all attendees (thanks :-)

The training venue room is located at Chifley Community Room (71 Maclaurin Crescent Chifley) Plenty of Parking available.

Please note this address is a large centre, so for ease of finding the external community room, please park in the lower 'Ricky Stuart' car park. Follow the path up and you will see a room on the outside of the centre with an Inner Synergy sign on the door.

(Note - If you have gone through an electric sliding door or inside the centre, you have gone the wrong way)
