This offering is fully dedicated for winding down and relaxation. Allow the sling to do all the work for you as you enjoy the rejuvenating and therapeutic benefits of it all. Experience the depth of asanas with the support of the sling, and let the flow journey you into a calm and nourishing state of consciousness.

Restorative class is a gentle way to start sling yoga. Minimum effort is required to receive the most potent therapeutic benefits;

Give yourself a little midweek reset so you can flourish to the rest of the week.

Cancellation policy
If necessary, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations before your scheduled booking to allow others the opportunity to join the class. Failure to give the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session. In such cases, no refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own practice, and I am aware of my physical abilities and limitations. I am sufficiently self-aware to stop or modify my participation in any activity before I become injured or aggravate a pre-existing injury.

I accept that the use of slings in the yoga class may pose risks, and I am responsible for any injury that may occur during the class.

By participating in the Yoga in Slings class, you confirm that you have read and understood, and you voluntarily agree to its terms & conditions. You further acknowledge that this is binding and will apply to all present and future Yoga in Slings classes you attend.
