Join renowned artist Tracy Luff and Rose Marin from Southern Tablelands Arts in a workshop to create bamboo and paper lanterns for the Illuminate Lantern Parade. A creative workshop for the whole community, children to be accompanied. All materials provided.Bring your completed lantern and join the river lantern light parade as we wind through the Picton Botanic gardens as part of the 2023 Illuminate Festival of Art & Light on Friday 15 September from 6pm
