Do you always use the same cast on and bind off techniques for your knitting project? Have you ever found your preferred method not suitable – too loose, or too tight? Have you ever wondered if there are other ways to cast on or bind off?Come to our Beginnings and Endings workshop. Susan Stephens will show you eight different cast on and 8 different bind off techniques and you will understand how the different methods will produce different results. She will guide you on how to choose the most appropriate method for your different projects. You will then have time to practice at least two different cast ons and two different bind offs.
Participants will need to bring light-coloured, smooth yarn to show off the stitches, appropriate needles and a tapestry needle.
Class includes handout notes and morning tea.
