Feeding Healthy Futures - Chifley Health Hub
Feeding Healthy Futures is a healthy eating group program for expectant or soon-to-be parents, designed to support parents and their children achieve their best health over their child's first 1000 days.
Facilitated by Accredited Practising Dietitians, this program will help you navigate your child's food and nutrition needs during the three most crucial stages of their first 1000 days.
You will join a supportive peer group that will receive practical strategies and nutrition information to support you through your pregnancy and post-partum period.
Your group will meet weekly for a one hour evening session over three weeks at the Chifley Health Hub.
Once your baby reaches 3-5 months of age our dietitians will meet again with your group to start the conversation on how and when to introduce solids to your baby. As your child transitions into early toddlerhood, we will regroup one last time to talk all things food and feeding.

Who should attend?
Expectant or soon-to-be mums whose due date is before 30 December 2023.
When
Feeding Healthy Futures prenatal nutrition sessions occur over three consecutive weeks. Participants are encouraged to attend ALL three weeks.

Each session runs from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
