Damascus College is pleased to offer Students and Parents/Carers of Year 9 and 10 the opportunity to attend a forum on Mental and Health and Wellbeing. In this presentation members of the Damascus Wellbeing Team and Ballarat Community will be providing an insight into how students can support their Mental Health and Wellbeing through researched intervention strategies. You will hear what our students have been saying about their own levels of Wellbeing and what services are available in the Community to support students and families manage their mental health.Where possible we encourage parents/carers to attend this forum with their student.
The forum will take place at the Damascus Events Centre on 12th July, commencing at 5.45pm for a 6.00pm start – 7.00pm finish.
