We invite you to a special sunset soiree over French champagne, and fundraising for Domestic & Family Violence Projects support in the Noosa region. Your ticket includes a grazing platter and a welcome glass of Moet & Chandon Imperial NV one of the world’s most classic champagnes.Rebecca Grisman, Founder of The Champagne Class & the Sunshine Coast and Sydney Champagne Clubs will provide a fun and fascinating mini masterclass about champagne and why it’s been one of the most prestigious wines for almost 3 centuries. Rebecca will demonstrate the art of sabrage by lopping champagne open with a sword and guide us through the stories, history and unique styles of all the champagnes available for sale during the evening. Tasting notes provided to take home.
