The Noosa Heads Jazz Club is proud to present The Syncopators in concert at the historic Majestic Theatre.

The Syncopators are an award winning group founded as the Society Syncopators in 1984 by trombonist Chris Ludowyk. The Syncopators are recognised by peers and critics as being amongst the very best in Australia. They have performed at most major Jazz and Performing Arts Festivals in Australia and some of the most prestigious International Jazz festivals along with featuring in movies, live TV concerts and entertained at countless corporate functions.

Overseas highlights include:
• Performances at the North Sea and Breda Jazz Festivals (Netherlands)
• Dresden (Germany), Lucerne and Ascona (Switzerland) International Jazz Festivals
• Represented Australia on many overseas ‘Cultural Relations’ tours for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Recognitions include:
• Nominations for the prestigious Bell Awards 2005 and 2007
• Winners - Bells “Best Australian Classic Jazz Recording of the Year” in 2009

Achievements include:
• Eighteen European Concert Tours
• One LP & eighteen CD's
