In this webinar, Western Australian solicitor, Isla McRobbie, Partner, Jackson McDonald, will share her insights into the current litigation environment and trends in construction litigation. Isla will also discuss common claims against construction professionals and consider strategies to reduce the risk of these type of claims occurring in the future. Isla’s presentation will identify “hot spots” and areas of higher risk to better help you manage the risks of professional practice in the construction industry.
Isla has more than 25 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. Prior to commencing as a lawyer, Isla was a practicing architect for over 10 years, during which time she was one of three Principals in an architectural practice in Perth.
