Every second Month we are running a series of classes, please book for 1, 2 or all 3.
First class of the month will focus on physiology of the pregnant parent, stages of labour and birth.
Second Class will provide all your pain relief options and discuss any deviation from normal in regards to labour and birth.
Third class is a parenting class discussing what happens when your little one is in your arms including post birth care of birthing parent and baby.
