Webinar: Spotlight on Tenders
Date: Thursday 31 August 2023 (12:30 - 1:30pm AEST)
The post-COVID increase in government procurement, as well as recent ACCC enforcement action, has put tendering in the spotlight in 2023. Our next webinar combines two different angles for an essential and timely update.
Adam Walker, a Partner of the law firm, Gadens, will start with a snapshot of some of the key competition law requirements that apply to tenderers – in particular, cartel conduct – and the potential consequences of breaching them. Drawing on her experience on bids for consultants, builders and PPPs, Bid Manager, Katia Zanutta, will share ideas for writing better tenders and for procedures to bring a tender team together and coordinate a successful bid.
