About
This personal development course gives women practical tools to live a beautiful life through skill-set training, mind-management and emotional management strategies. This is also cultivated through giving women a clear plan for integrated health to rise over their circumstances with the tools to cultivate mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. The goal is to teach women to live a life of integrated wholeness in order to help them design a generous life of meaning and contribution not from a place of depletion and burnout. This is done through training women to expand their mindset and teach them to cultivate life-long skills. The training encompasses the whole, integrated woman focusing on recalibrating our self-image, health (emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health), friendships, intimacy, contribution, environment, wealth and family life. It is a six-month program with weekly video lessons and comprehensive course material.Location
