The Group Sound Bath Immersion assists in managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.
Musician and facilitator, Lisa Singline, is a qualified meditation teacher, who trained with the Academy of Sound Healing in the UK and specialises in voice combined with a selection of sound healing instruments which produce deep, overlapping vibrations to enhance wellbeing.
BYO cushioned mat to lie on (or chair if you prefer), blankets, and cushions to ensure you are comfortable and warm. A drink bottle is also recommended to hydrate after the session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session to set up and get comfy.
