Somatic Breathwork & Sound Journey

About
You're invited to this epic space of transformation!
Our somatic breathwork event is a powerful and transformative experience that combines breathwork techniques, body-centered work, music and guided meditation. You will be guided through a series of breathing techniques, which will open up your body and mind and allow for deep relaxation and healing. Breathwork helps to release physical and emotional tension, stored past traumas and encourages a sense of connection and self-awareness.
At Ora Wellness, we fiercely believe in community and creating an environment where people feel a sense of belonging. We offer a safe and loving container for you to fully express yourself with no fear of judgement. We believe in the power of the breath and in the transformation that follows when we surrender to it.
Following your breathwork session you will be invited to down regulate your breathing through the healing sounds from Shanna from Sounds of Ceremony, where you will be guided into a grounded and meditative state of bliss.
Your breathwork experience will be guided by Breath Masters certified Harlee Horomona and assisted by Rob Kramme. We are blessed to be joined by Shanna Hicks from Sounds of Ceremony, Zana Nilson from Awakening Touch,
