About

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer. It is a short course run by our qualified facilitators, which will give people the skills to identify the warning signs of someone at risk of suicide, the confidence to speak to them about their thoughts, and tools to connect them with professional care.

Our training will run between 40-60minutes depending on discussion times, QPR is designed to be a short training to teach the everyday busy person the basic skills to support someone going through crisis.

This is a FREE training delivered by Rural Outreach Counselling qualified facilitators. On completion of training all individuals will receive a certificate and QPR resource pack to your email.

Open to all community members living within Australia.

T&C's: You are required to be on time and present for the whole duration of the QPR content to receive your certificate. A minimum number of participants is required for training to proceed. Cameras are required to be on during training.
