Colour Me Capricorn Rockhampton - 24th March 2024
PRESENTED BY - Schwarz Excavations
Are you ready to add some colour to your life? Join us for the most vibrant event of the year, RACQ CapRescue Colour Me Capricorn Rockhampton, presented by Schwarz Excavations. This is your chance to support this vital service that saves lives every day in our region.
On Sunday, 24th March, you can run, walk, skip or stroll along the garden path at the Kershaw Gardens and enjoy a rainbow of fun and excitement. Whether you choose the 2.5km or the 5km option, you will be showered with colourful powder at every turn, creating a kaleidoscope of memories.
Before you start, you can warm up with CQU and get ready to rock the colour. After you finish, you can relax and enjoy a 5-minute massage from the CQUniversity - Physiotherapy Health Clinic students for a gold coin donation. They will be waiting for you near the start/finish line, ready to ease your muscles and make you feel great.
By participating in Colour Me Capricorn Rockhampton, you are helping to keep our helicopter flying and saving lives. Our service covers an area of over 350,000 km2 and serves a community of more than 300,000 people. We need over $12 million annually to operate; only 60% of that comes from the Queensland Government. The rest depends on your generosity and support.
So don’t miss this opportunity to have fun and make a difference. Grab your tickets today and invite your friends and family to join you. You can register as an adult, a child, a team or a family. The more, the merrier!
We would love to have you on board if you prefer to volunteer instead of running. You can contact us at stepup@chrs.org.au and find out how you can help us make this event a success.
We can’t wait to see you at Colour Me Capricorn Rockhampton, presented by Schwarz Excavations, the most colourful fun run of the year!
We will have two distance options (2.5km & 5km).
Everyone and anyone are welcome to walk/run either option, just as long as you’re having fun!
