About

Rebound is a sports resilience program, designed to enhance confidence and build resilience in movement and sport. Rebound is a sister program to Pass The Bib (a resilience program for young netballers) both focussing on the principles of self awareness, connection and kindness and how we can apply these to sports to enhance continued enjoyment. Rebound offers young people from the age of 9-11years old an opportunity to participate in a range of different activities from a variety of sports in a non competitive environment.
