World Mental Health Day is on the 10th of October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Day on the 10th of October 2023, ROC have partnered with Wagga’s Pinot & Picasso to help spread the message of mindfulness and relaxation using art.
Take a breath, as you relax and paint this artwork! An artwork that promotes mindfulness, reflection and relaxation.
