Join Preparing the Way for a special movie screening of 'Live the life you please', a beautiful film about how palliative care enables people to live the life they please until the end. Told by medical professionals, patients, and their families, it is an intimate portrait of the end of life experience. It makes profound observations about life, death and what happens in between.Preparing the Way delivers Australia and New Zealand's premier end of life doula training and is proud to be hosting this event around the country as founder Helen Callanan tours Australia on her visits to end of life doula hubs.
The movie screening will feature a Q&A session of 30 minutes at the end. Hear more about what services end of life doulas provide and how they contribute to delivering high-quality palliative care and bridge many gaps in services that some people experience. Bring your questions!
