I’ll share my passion and fascination about the incredible intelligence of our sensing and moving body, getting in touch with ourselves and each other through somatic work. Developmental movement patterns, work with the elasticity of the fascia and the awareness for regulating the nervous system are major aspects of my work. We’ll oscillate between CI skill building with a technical, curiosity-driven nerdiness and deeply connecting on a human to human level, where these heart-opening moments emerge in the flow on an unpredictable journey.

Fri 6-8pm
Sat 10am-6pm (with 2 hour lunch)
Sun 10am-4:30pm (with 1.5 hour lunch)
