Supervising a group is fundamentally different to 1:1 supervision is a number of key ways. In this workshop, develop your skills in facilitating group supervision through learning about a variety of different models and frameworks before exploring working with group processes, dynamics and traversing sticky situations that may arise in group work. There will be plenty of opportunities for group discussion and observing role plays to bring this work to life.
Please note that this training is divided into 2 x half days, live online and will not be recorded. Please ensure that - the the best of your knowledge - you can attend BOTH sessions, thankyou!
Part 1: Monday 12th February 9:00am-12:30pm AEDT
Part 2: Friday 16th February 9:00am-12:30pm AEDT
Please note that previous supervision training is essential prior to attending this workshop.
