Infuse Health welcomes Sonia Brown to bring a unique Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork class to our community. Zenthai combines the respected healing arts of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and Osteopathic Technique and weaves them together with mindfulness at the core.It is a poetic style of movement based therapy where our yoga and movement practices are drawn on to drop into a relaxed state, and surrender to the flow.
Zenthai has its roots in Chinese Medicine and Spring is symbolised by the bamboo. A tree that is incredibly strong and yet bends flexibly with the wind. This unique combination makes it very powerful.
Lets explore how we can utilise our power, be adaptable and focussed on our intention and get clear direction towards our visions and dreams.
