Mums and Bub's Yoga Six Week Course
Adapting to life as a new parent is often a time of great change. This course invites you to connect with your Self amidst the ongoing changes. Suitable to attend anytime from 6 weeks after vaginal birth and 8/10 weeks after a cesarean birth, until your baby is eagerly mobile. After a cesarean, please confirm with your midwife or your GP/OB to be sure that your body is ready. Melisa Chabierski of Yoga Ground, has over 20 years experience and can adapt the practice to meet you, as you are.
