The Aramac District is a land of adventure and excitement waiting to be experienced by you. Situated smack bang in the middle of Queensland, this district has picturesque, natural freshwater lakes and everchanging, breathtaking countryside. Imagine wide horizons, desert rangelands, escarpments, ranges and open Mitchell grass downs. Discover the epic tale of Harry Redford (Captain Starlight) and the White Bull.
You will be riding as part of a real cattle drive, tailing 500 head of cattle with experienced Outback drovers who will guide you along this well-worn route approximately 160km.
The full cattle drive takes 12 days in the saddle, and you will select a package which will allow you to experience a section of this ride. Payment plans are available.
Your average daily rides will range between 10 and 18 kms per day, so be prepared for some tender spots!
All meals on the drive are provided. Along with beverages.
