Join me in this 3 and a half hrs workshop to experience one of the main elements in systemsThe impact belonging and exclusion have on you.
Belonging is essential for survival. In the need to belong members pay a price. The right to belong is compromised due to the member’s behavior, clashing with the values and expectations of the clan.
Exclusions creates pain in the whole system and leaves an empty spot for the black sheep. The idea of “us and them” is causing fear, judgement and wars.
In a playful way we are looking at the dynamics and how to create difference!
