You're invited to join me for an immersive herbal workshop in The Greenhouse to discover the principles and practices of alchemy and understand the photochemistry, energetics, and magic of medicinal herbs. This workshop will focus on herbs for gut health; including addressing symptoms of bloating, abdominal pain, cramping, flatulence, heartburn and dysbiosis. You will learn simple and effective remedies as your go to medicine for these common problems, and learn how to blend herbal teas for maximum efficacy and taste. We will cover the art and science of making herbal tinctures and uses for them.
Additionally, you will meet a wonderful bunch of likeminded souls, to share your experiences and stories.
