About
Join our one-hour classes as a lead in to the Melbourne Contact Improvisation Jam.Designed to welcome and support those wanting to come to the Jam for the first time, or those just new to Jamming. Maybe you haven't done any/many classes yet. Or perhaps you're an old-hand but it's been a while and you need a way to ease back in.
These classes will be crafted to warm up your body and equip you with essential skills for a more enjoyable Jam experience.
Led by long-term practitioners of Contact Improvisation with decades of experience.
Classes will either by in the SkyLab or the Upstairs Studio - class limits will vary according to the space.
CLASS STARTS PROMTLY at 5PM. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARRIVE ON TIME. PEOPLE WHO ARE LATE MAY BE TURNED AWAY!
