The Foundation Waratah program targets 13 and 14 year old athletes by incorporating functional movement, technical and tactical skills, and wellbeing components. These sessions look at delivering the importance of
consistently executing foundation skills and doing them at intensity. This program was designed by former Australian Diamonds Player and Coach, Jill McIntosh AM.
Netball NSW would like to open the opportunity for netball coaches to have access to the session plans and video resources that were delivered in the 2023 Program.
Option 1- Access to all 4 session plans
Option 2- Access to all 4 session plans plus the video resource of the sessions delivered.
